Having created the platinium hit "Somewhere over the Rainbow" and gold listed follow-up "It Takes Me Away", Marusha released her first of numerous Techno albums Rave land.

After being invited to perform in countless gigs at almost all of Germany's trend-setting parties in the Techno/House scene and abroad, it was to no surprise that she was soon awarded the VIVA Comet, Best Techno Act and the Echo Award, Best Nationale Female Artist, as well as nominated for MTV's Best Female Artist Award in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin.

After a one-year hiatus from the studio the end of 1995 saw Marusha releasing a new hit single "Deep", which rocketed to through the charts and reached a remarkable number 12 spot in a short amount of time. Follow-up single "Unique, Wir and Secret" carried her success in the Techno/House scene forward.

In 1997, Marusha's fans were astounded when she released another topper "Ur Life", which drew on her many experiences she had gathered from people during her tour abroad - all with meaningful message. More mature musically she now enveloped the sounds of Hip Hop and New Wave in to the Techno form, creating a new channel sound.

Marusha's distinctive will and her impulsive behavior have helped her fit comfortably into the position she is in today, with a path of clear musical development mixed with her unmistakable style.
